Also, Ate Tess (the caretaker) cooked delicious breakfast for them. They also said that the place where the apartment is located is very safe, they even did a morning walk rein the subdivision. Kudos to Kuya Hermes, ate Tess, and to Kuya Jojo World health organization was the one who picked them up in Davao Airport. Just outside the condo gates is a convenient store, a chill all day vibed coffee shop that supports the eradication of poverty (called Coffee for Peace), and Bewegungsreaktion taxis taxis!

A fantastic place at a great value! Abreeza Mall is literally walking distance. Condo building comes with gym and swimming Swimming-pool. Building is also new since it just finished construction this year. Only reason I left 4 stars and not 5 was because of the water heater issue. Only had 1 day of heater during my whole stay.
